The previous night extended into the late hours, finally feeling like we’ve conquered the lingering jetlag. Despite the relaxed morning, we indulged in breakfast around 8:30, noting the bustling crowd—locals embracing the holiday at the hotel. While the hotel offered a Christmas brunch, predominantly featuring local dishes for 140 EC, we opted for another restaurant with pasta and rotis.
The remainder of the day unfolded in poolside relaxation, preparing ourselves for the upcoming sailing adventure.
